Privacy policy

We collect what you type into the quote form, and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party profiling on this site. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

When you send a quote request we receive your name, phone number, email address and the message you wrote. If you used the instant estimate first, the summary of that estimate is attached so we can quote against the right opening.

If you tick the box asking us to keep you posted, we record that you asked for it, and we may email you occasionally about products or offers. You can stop it at any time by replying to any message, or by writing to contact.sonoraview@gmail.com. Leaving the box unticked means we only reply about your enquiry.

Nowhere, until you send it. What you type into the contact form stays in your browser: pressing Send Request opens a new email in your own mail account with the details filled in, and nothing reaches Sonora View LLC until you send that message yourself. This website has no database and no mail server, so there is nothing here for us — or anyone else — to read.

Once you send it, the enquiry sits in our company inbox and is handled by Google, who provide it, under their own terms.

Our website host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. That is a normal part of running any website and is not used to build a profile of you.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing kept in your browser is your answer to the privacy banner, so we do not ask twice; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

If we later add analytics to see which pages are useful, it will load only for visitors who accepted. You can change your answer at any time from the link in the footer.

Quote requests are kept for as long as we are doing business with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting reasons. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will delete them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact.sonoraview@gmail.com or call 480-242-0852, and we will deal with it.

This site is meant for people arranging building work, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
